Covid-19 updates

Globally, we are in uncharted territory with the emergence of COVID-19 and it’s impact on our way of life.

Throughout the pandemic period women continue to become pregnant and babies continue to be born.

Current UK and Scottish Government advice is that pregnant women should avoid face to face contact as much as possible. Some, with pre-existing health conditions, have also been required to shield and self-isolate wherever possible. Some babies still are born premature or sick and need extra care.

Here are links to some guidance about Covid-19 and perinatal care.
