Home Monitoring in Pregnancy

In response to Covid-19 the National Maternity Network undertook a range of initiatives to support the use of remote consultations in pregnancy, allowing women to receive some of their antenatal care from home.

This work also included the introduction of home monitoring for those pregnant women who need to monitor their blood pressure or test their urine, and for women who have been advised to check their blood oxygen levels following a positive Covid-19 test.
